Ever since we moved in Evelyn has wanted to make cookies from scratch. I had told her in all the place we have lived that the kitchen wasn't big enough. So finally we live in a place where the kitchen is big enough. We decided to surprise her and we bought the ingredients for chocolate chip cookies. The night of her birthday we made birthday cookies. Here is some pictures of her making cookies for the first time.( from scratch)

So after the first batch of cookies had cooled we stuck 4 candles in four cookies. We then sang happy birthday. Well after Evelyn had blown out her candles she decided with out asking that she would help take them out. Well the wax was a little hot still and she burned her little finger. So Travis took a picture of her crying I don't know why. She forgot all about it by the time she was done eating her cookie.

I love, love, love the new background and picture at the top...GREAT colors. Email me please when you have time and tell me how you did that...I have to update my blog background and stuff. And those pics of the girls were so stinking cute. Evelyn's little haircut is just beautiful on her. What a doll.
